Where: Richland County: Olney Public Library, 400 W. Main St., Olney
When: 10:15 AM – 12:15 PM Noon
Where: Wayne County: Wayne County Farm Bureau, 301 E. Court St., Fairfield
When: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
