JB Pritzker and DCEO Director Kristin Richards to explain why the Chinese company, Gotion High-Tech Co., is set to receive $536 million in subsidies from Illinois when it is already in line to receive $7.5 billion in federal tax credits to build a battery plant that only costs $2 billion to build. Also, this company has close ties to the Chinese Communist Party and there are warnings from a National Counterintelligence and Security Center report last year.
