Kolton Kidd of Montrose and a 2023 graduate of Dieterich High School, served on Thursday as a member of the Honor Guard for President Jimmy Carter’s funeral proceeding in Plains, Georgia. He also took part in “Casket Guard” in Georgia earlier this week. Kolton will also take part in next week’s presidential inauguration for President Donald Trump according to his mom, Amber Kidd.
