State Rep. Adam Niemerg is encouraging everyone who is able to donate blood, to take advantage of the next blood drive being hosted by the Dieterich High Scholl on April 15, 2026.
“Giving the gift of life is easy to do this Wednesday at the Dieterich Community Civic Center,” said Niemerg. “A single whole blood donation can save up to three lives. The blood is separated into red cells, plasma, and platelets, allowing one pint to treat multiple patients—such as trauma victims, cancer patients, or those undergoing surgery.”
