The 2021-2022 Richland County Middle School Basketball Team, the Cubs, welcomed to State Capitol by Rep. Adam Niemerg and Senator Darren Bailey on winning the 2022 SIJHSAA (Southern Illinois Junior High School Athletic Association) Class L State Championship.
